Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to assist in routing delivery orders and assigning drivers. The role requires excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible working arrangement available after training. Candidates should be adaptable and able to work independently. This position involves both morning and evening shifts, ensuring timely support to clients.

What you’ll do

• Assist in routing clients' deliveries orders
• Assigning of drivers from existing driver pool to routes
• Support clients on their orders in a timely manner
• Monitoring orders and resolve delivery issues for our clients

Working Arrangements

• Minimum 3 day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
• Must be able to work 1 morning shift (From 7am) AND 2 evening shifts (up till 10pm)
• On-the-job Training will be provided
• Hybrid Working Arrangement available after 1 month of Onsite On-the-job training (Weekday onsite, Weekends WFH)
