We’re looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Part-Time Baking Assistant to support our kitchen team in preparing and packing baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in baking preparation (measuring, mixing, portioning, shaping).
• Operate baking equipment and ovens safely.
• Ensure consistency and quality of baked items.
• Packing, labelling, and preparing baked goods for delivery.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Support with stock-taking and ingredient preparation.

Requirements

• Prior baking or kitchen experience preferred (home bakers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to commit to early mornings / weekends when required.
• Food Hygiene Certification is a must.
