Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (15hrs per week)

We are an independent premium spirits distributor, seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant cum Accounting Staff. This role requires a blend of administrative, logistics and accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will effectively manage office operations, support sales activities, and contribute to financial record-keeping.

What You’ll Do
Administrative & Logistics
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining records in the ERP system, coordinating deliveries, and general office management.
  • Handle inventory management, including shipping and customs clearance for sales deliveries.
Accounting & Finance
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll and submit CPF.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and submitting GST declarations.
  • Send Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and procedures.

Who You Are
