Commencement: 2nd January 2025 (Compulsory Training in December)

Working hours:

Weekdays | 12.15pm to 7.15pm or 12.15pm to 9.15pm

Closed on public holidays

Job Description
  • Attend to walk‑in, phone, and email enquiries from parents and students
  • Promote centre programmes and provide course consultation to prospective parents
  • Coordinate and facilitate classes, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Handle student registration, attendance‑taking, and classroom assignment
  • Supervise homework and spelling for Primary 1 to 6 students
  • Follow up on enquiries and assist with collection of school fees
  • Communicate with teachers, parents, and students regarding class schedules or changes
  • Assist in marketing activities — taking photos, creating simple visuals for advertising use
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment (light housekeeping duties)
  • Support the Centre Manager in ad‑hoc administrative or operational tasks
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in education or customer service preferred (training will be provided)
  • Must be able to work the hours stated above and commit for at least one year
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking parents)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
  • Responsible, committed, and a good team player
  • Loves working with children and comfortable supervising homework
  • Able to attend 2 days of compulsory training in December 2025
