Parcel Delivery Driver

We are looking for a reliable and responsible driver to handle last‑mile delivery operations. The role involves sorting parcels, completing daily deliveries efficiently, and providing good customer service when handling delivery‑related enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize parcels according to delivery routes and schedules
• Deliver parcels accurately and on time to customers
• Ensure proper handling of parcels to prevent damage or loss
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries, delays, or issues
• Resolve basic customer delivery issues and elevate when necessary
• Use a mobile application to update delivery status, scan parcels, and submit proof of delivery
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and delivery standards

Requirements

• Possess an Android smartphone (required for delivery and tracking applications)
• Able to read and understand basic English
• Physically fit and able to handle parcels
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
