Job description

Our company is looking for a self-driven professional who provides support to the Wealth Executive Director by handling wealth and financial administrative and technical tasks. These tasks will involve creating and managing a client’s wealth and financial portfolio, sales prospecting and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on wealth and financial products, services, and market conditions to support advice and implementation of wealth and financial plans.
  • Conduct sales, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and construct comprehensive wealth and financial plans, including suitability reports, and provide updated projections to the Director.
  • Facilitate compliance checks to ensure that wealth and financial plans meet regulatory requirements.
  • Handle administrative duties such as gathering documents, taking notes in client meetings.
  • Assist with the administrative work to implement recommendations, such as processing applications for new accounts or policies.
  • Answer technical queries and provide support on various wealth and financial planning-related issues.
  • Provide support in maintaining client relationships, contact leading to sales contracts closure.
  • Gather and organize client information, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Event management and follow-up.
