We're seeking a talented Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team. As a Paralegal with drafting proficiency, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our legal operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Utilize your drafting skills to prepare various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of these documents.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support attorneys in case preparation, including gathering relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Document Review and Analysis: Assist in reviewing and analyzing legal documents to identify key issues, discrepancies, and potential risks.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders, providing updates on case progress and addressing inquiries as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case management systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Laws, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of significant and substantive experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting.
