Job Description

• Perform on-site packing jobs at customer premises, including measuring cargo, parts, and machinery.
• Propose and size up packaging design based on item dimensions, weight, and customer requirement.
• Lead and manage daily site operations to ensure packing jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Provide instructions to team members so as to perform packing duties of goods (machine/components) into wooden crate/boxes, ensuring adherence to measurement and quality standards.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.
• Conduct quality checks and internal audit on packed items to confirm compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Perform and supervise the use of equipment such as air nailers and measurement tools/techniques to ensure precision in packing.
• Maintain good housekeeping and proper handling of tools, materials, and equipment at all work sites.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in packing, wooden packaging, or related field.
• Experience in mobile or customer‑site packing is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Proficient in using woodworking tools & equipment (including air‑nailer) / knowledge of protective packaging and basic design of packaging box.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and leadership skills to supervise, guide, and motivate team members.
• Required to wear coveralls and PPE during work.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm.
