Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support 4G EPC Packet Core and 5G SACore networks with strong understanding of core signalling flows.
• Perform hands‑on configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of Nokia products: CMM (AMF), CMG (SMF/UPF), and NRD.
• Monitor KPIs and alarms, analyze issues, and drive timely resolution of technical faults.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes‑based CNF environments.
• Apply strong routing and networking fundamentals to core network operations.
• Raise and track support tickets with vendors, ensuring closure through effective follow‑up.
• Support voice solutions including VoLTE, VoNR, and VoWiFi.
• Prepare MOPs, execute acceptance tests, and support production implementation.
• Provide 24x7 emergency standby support as required.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of 4G EPC Pack Core and 5G SA Core network and strong understanding of core network signalling flows.
• Hands‑on experience of Nokia Product CMM(AMF) and CMG(SMF/UPF) and NRD.
• Good troubleshooting skills on technical issues and understanding of the KPI and alarms.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes/CNF deployment.
• Good understanding of routing related knowledge.
• Open issue ticket and follow up with support team till issue is addressed.
• Good understanding of voice solution like VoLTE, VoNR and VoWiFi.
• Prepare MOP, execute acceptance test and support MOP implementation in production network.
• 24x7 emergency standby support.
