🔍HIRING [PART-TIME PACKER & OPERATIONS STAFF]

Working days: Weekends, Public Holidays & Festive days

Working location: Tai Seng

Salary: $10-$12 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist the Admin & Fulfilment team with daily order processing, packing, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, outlets, and internal teams via phone, WhatsApp, email, or delivery apps to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage and update delivery schedules, venues, and lead times accurately.
• Monitor inventory stock and shipment status to prevent delays or damages, and investigate root causes when issues arise.
• Handle packing, checking of orders, and coordination of deliveries to customers and outlets.
• Support outlet operations or other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
• Occasionally perform delivery duties, including picking up, loading, and delivering bakery products to outlets or customers using a 10ft cold truck.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and good condition of the delivery vehicle.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Admin or operations experience preferred.
