A leading nightlife venue in Singapore is seeking an experienced PA/Executive Assistant to support the leadership team in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities include calendar coordination, meeting management, and office administration. We are seeking an experienced and proactive PA/Executive Assistant to join the team at Zouk Singapore, a leading entertainment and nightlife venue in the Clarke Quay region. In this full-time role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the company's leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Coordinating the executives' calendars, arranging meetings and appointments
Preparing agendas, taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on action items
Managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and itinerary planning
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as processing invoices, expenses and correspondence
Providing general office management support as needed
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with ad-hoc projects and special events as required
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a PA/EA, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Adaptable and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Familiarity with local business etiquette and customs
