About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor (F&B) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant in the Upper Thomson Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

What you'll be doing
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the front‑of‑house team, including waiters, hosts and bartenders

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and ensure efficient table and floor management

  • Assist with staff scheduling, training and development to build a skilled and engaged team

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Monitor and control stock levels, ordering and inventory management

  • Support the restaurant manager in achieving financial and operational goals
