Job description
Outlet Operations
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, equipment, product display, and safety compliance at the outlet.
  • Ensure all products are served according to Tanamera Coffee’s quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory management: stock levels, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and service crew to deliver exceptional service.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts, breaks, and attendance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment that aligns with Tanamera’s values and culture.
Customer Service
  • Ensure all customers receive a warm, professional, and efficient service.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build relationships with regular customers to enhance customer loyalty.
Sales & Targets
  • Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Promote new products and campaigns to customers and ensure staff are well-informed.
  • Analyze sales data and provide input to improve sales performance and upselling.
Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for HR, finance, and logistics matters.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
