What this job can offer you

Sales helps our prospective and existing customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will use core sales tools to engage prospects, qualify inbound inquiries, and support our sales team in closing deals.

What you bring

• Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools – knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Chorus a plus.
• Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.
• Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a positive, energetic phone presence.
• Strategic and tactical thinking; resilience in the face of criticism or rejection.
• Strong sense of urgency; proactive, self‑starter who brings new ideas.
• Extremely self‑motivated with a diligent work ethic.
• Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed below.
• Business fluency in English & Mandarin are essential.
• Experience working remotely a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
• Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess fit with prospects.
• Support the Account Executive team as needed.
• Educate prospects and facilitate hand‑offs to sales teams.
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Cold‑call prospects generated by outside sources.
• Identify key decision‑makers, research requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

The On‑Target Earnings for this position range from $47,770 USD to $83,000 USD, with a base salary set at 70% of the OTE.
