Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking candidates for a one-year contract role involving customer service related to hospital billing. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, management of receivables, and patient inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proactive, and work well independently or within a team.
