Then get started as OSP Planner (Outsourced Service Provider Planner) at NTS Singapore and let’s make it possible together.

Job Description

As OSP Planner at NTS Singapore, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all outsourced manufacturing and service provider activities. You ensure that subcontracted machining, special processes, external assembly, repair, and rework activities are fully aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Acting as the central point of coordination between Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and external service providers, you ensure material readiness, capacity alignment, and on-time return of externally processed parts and assemblies.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:
  • Translate MPS and customer demand into outsourced service provider (OSP) requirements and job releases
  • Create, manage, and prioritize OSP work orders and subcontract purchase orders
  • Ensure material and kit completeness before dispatch to subcontractors, preventing partial kitting
  • Align OSP demand with subcontractor capacity and lead times, identifying risks early
  • Track WIP, turnaround time, and delivery status of all parts at subcontractors
  • Escalate delays with clear recovery actions to protect production schedules
  • Coordinate pricing, documentation, certifications, and quality requirements with internal teams
Job Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in production planning, subcontracting coordination, or supply chain operations
  • Proven experience working with outsourced processors or subcontract manufacturers
  • Strong understanding of MRP, routings, and subcontracting flows
  • ERP proficiency (Navision or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Clear and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders
