Our client is embarking on a large-scale HR transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Oracle Core HCM Consultant to lead the end-to-end functional delivery of the Core HCM module. This role will be responsible for driving workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will work closely with HR, Technology, Integration, and Data Migration teams to ensure a seamless and scalable HCM solution aligned with business requirements.

This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who thrives in fast‑paced project environments, has strong Oracle Cloud expertise, and possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Core HCM module.
  • Conduct business workshops to capture end‑to‑end functional and technical requirements.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, and module settings in accordance with organisational policies.
  • Oversee the development and validation of RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) for your module.
  • Collaborate closely with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross‑module and cross‑system alignment.
  • Develop test scenarios and scripts, and lead SIT/UAT cycles for the Core HCM functional domain.
  • Deliver end‑user training, quick reference guides, documentation, and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during cutover planning and post‑go‑live hypercare.
  • Monitor quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud updates and plan coordinated rollout activities.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ of deep, hands‑on experience with the Oracle Core HCM module.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, HR data models, and end‑to‑end HR processes.
  • Proven experience delivering large‑scale HR Cloud transformation projects.
  • Strong ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across business, IT, and vendor teams and provide clear guidance to technical teams.

Contract Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension depending on project needs)
