Job summary

A cloud infrastructure provider in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations. You will manage a team, oversee receiving, inventory management, and shipments according to production plans. Candidates must have a GCE O Level and at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with good knowledge of 3PL and 4PL. This position offers a competitive basic salary plus allowances and bonuses.

Job description

Our Client:

• Cloud Infrastructure Provider

• 4/3/3/4 - 7am-7pm (Thursday to Saturday, alt Wednesday)

• Tampines

• UP $4500 Basic + Shift Allowance + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of warehouse assistants and admins in daily warehousing operations and supervise receiving, kitting, inventory management, and shipment accordingly to the production plan

• Monitor work orders, ensure team kits out efficiently to support production and inform planner on shortages if any discrepancies is found

• Ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with facility department and coordinate with quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly

• Ensure WMS/SAP system transactions are updated and kitting process WO# on time, accuracy for production, and deliveries are properly documented

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level with 3 years of warehousing experience in manufacturing industry

• Possess good knowledge of 3PL and 4PL

• Singaporeans only
