Duties and Responsibilities

This role provides end-to-end oversight and coordination of APAC trade operations, ensuring compliant, timely, and accurate execution of inter-company trade flows, customs clearance, and financial settlement across multiple markets. The position serves as a central control point for trade governance, documentation integrity, and cross-border operational readiness.

Trade Operations Governance

• Own and oversee inter-company trade processes supporting regional retail and supply chain movements.
• Ensure trade readiness and operational alignment for cross-border shipments across APAC markets.

Customs & Compliance Oversight

• Monitor import clearance status across key markets and proactively manage risks, delays, and exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with customs, duty, and tax requirements through structured checks and post-entry reviews.
• Maintain governance over trade documentation completeness and regulatory adherence.

Financial & Payment Control

• Oversee trade-related invoicing accuracy and duty/tax validation.
• Coordinate payment workflows and approvals, ensuring timely settlement and audit readiness.

Regional Coordination & Reporting

• Act as a regional coordination point between internal teams, brokers, and service providers.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify gaps, and elevate risks impacting trade execution.
• Provide structured visibility on trade operations status, issues, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in trade operations, customs, or cross-border logistics environments.
