Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders (POs), delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records for sales, service jobs, and shipments.
  • Support vessel service coordination (e.g. arranging technicians, tracking service reports).
  • Assist in stock management, documentation filing, and system updates.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and supporting management when required.
Requirements
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin, logistics, or operations (marine/industrial field preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Familiarity with marine spare parts or service documentation will be an advantage.
