Position Summary:

The Operations Manager - Backend Business Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing Backend Business Operations functions and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. This role demands expertise in project management, process improvement, and a strong understanding of operational best practices. The ideal candidate will have a background in a manufacturing environment or similar, where they have successfully implemented process enhancements and efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity, from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Identify, develop, and implement strategies to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various backend functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Oversee daily operations of the Backend Business Operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure goals are met.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvements and operational excellence.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project progress to senior management.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and project outcomes for senior management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing process improvement projects, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
