Operations Manager (Automotive – Post-Sales Execution)

The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and governing all operational activities after the signing of the Vehicle Sales Agreement (VSA), ensuring disciplined execution, timely cash collection, and high-quality customer delivery. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and finance, and is accountable for driving conversion, cashflow integrity, and operational excellence across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities
Post-Sales Execution & Cashflow
  • Own the end-to-end sales execution process after VSA signing, including balance payment collection, financing coordination, and delivery readiness.
  • Enforce strict payment discipline and ensure timely conversion from booking to full cash collection.
  • Track and resolve ageing cases, incomplete documentation, or delayed payments.
Sales Consultant (SC) Governance
  • Manage and supervise Sales Consultants on post-VSA matters, including follow-ups, documentation, handover preparation, and customer commitments.
  • Implement clear workflows, SLAs, and accountability structures for SCs.
  • Monitor individual SC performance on conversion, ageing pipeline, and execution quality.
Process & Reporting
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine SOPs for post-sales operations.
  • Maintain real-time dashboards on pipeline status, ageing VSAs, cash collected, pending deliveries, and exceptions.
  • Prepare structured operational and performance reports for senior management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Credit, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Align operational priorities with commercial targets and cashflow objectives.
Job Requirements
