Overview
Location: East Area • 5 Days work week • Salary: up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities, ensuring cleanliness, adherence to schedules, performance standards, and compliance with layout and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits, monitor stock levels, process purchase and delivery orders, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishments.
- Monitor and inspect incoming shipments, liaise with logistics partners, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Assist with project-related inventory requirements, provide on-ground support for engineers during maintenance or technical operations, and help source required materials or components.
- Ensure all activities comply with tenancy agreements, maintain lease documentation, coordinate site access, and communicate with property managers or building owners as needed.
- Handle the return of defective equipment, manage warranty claims, and follow up on repairs or replacements to minimize downtime.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, correspondence, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Willingness to work overtime when required to meet operational demands.
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in logistics, operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, tenancy management or related role.
- Proven experience in inventory tracking, delivery coordination, and supporting project workflows.
- Exposure to engineering support or maintenance coordination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes and handling warranty claims is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in equipment setup or basic installations is beneficial.
- Prior use of warehouse handling tools (e.g., pallet jacks) is preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, particularly in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
