Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is searching for a skilled Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the Incoming Inspection and Chemical Removal processes for industrial gas turbine components. The role involves leading a team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity, as well as compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. Candidates should possess a diploma in engineering and have at least three years of supervisory experience. Experience in Lean methodologies is a plus, and the role requires flexibility with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a production/operations environment with team lead responsibilities.
• Experience in Lean methodologies would be advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to meet safety and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Support training of technicians and maintain the skill matrix.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement improvements.
