Job summary

A respected food and agriculture firm in Singapore is seeking a Trade Operations Executive. You will be responsible for managing contract executions, including documentation and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma and at least one year of experience in trade operations, preferably within agriculture. Proficiency in Chinese is required to liaise with counterparts. This role also involves food tasting and sampling on halal certified products. Competitive salary up to $4,100 with bonuses offered.

• At least 1 year of experience in TRADE OPERATIONS, preferably with Agriculture & Food products.
• Able to conduct food tasting & sampling that are on-halal certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of contracts including documentation and delivery schedules.
• Report to section manager and enter data into accounting systems.

Knowledge of LC

Knowledge of URC 522

Knowledge of UCP 600

Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF)

Fluent in Chinese

Requirements

• At least a Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in TRADE OPERATIONS, experience with Agriculture & Food products has an advantage
• Possess knowledge of LC
• Possess knowledge of URC 522
• Possess knowledge of UCP 600
• Possess knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF)
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Role needs to do food tasting & sampling that are on-halal certified
