Responsibilities

• 参与临时项目并与技术团队进行联络。
• 内部协调解决任何非STP交易流或其他问题。
• 负责每日跟进次托管人以解答查询和解决问题。
• 解决与结算和转账相关的日常对账问题。
• 参与流程审查并实施工作流程改进以降低运营风险。
• 处理内部客户或利益相关者的查询。
• 定期审查和更新程序以确保其最新。

• Monitoring trade status and follow up action with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all trades and transfers are settled promptly for multiple markets (US/HK/SGX/AU)
• Handling of clearing and settlement of clients’ trades in SGX
• Management of fail trades – including chasing fails with c/party or investigating on internal system
• Executing transfer of clients’ position in and out, including cross-border transfers and follow up promptly with counterparty to ensure transfer are settled promptly
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects and liaising with technology teams for rollout or enhancements
• Liaising internally to resolve any non STP trade flow or other issues
• Responsible for daily follow up with sub custodian for queries and resolution
• Resolving daily reconciliation breaks relating to settlement and transfer
• Participate in process reviews and implement workflow improvements to streamline processes and manage operational risk
• Attending queries from internal clients or stakeholders
• Regular review and update of procedure to ensure that it is up to date

职位要求

We are looking for someone with at least 1 or 2 year of relevant experience in securities/derivatives settlements and transfer, including: trade pre-matching, fails management, settlements, and reconciliation.

Having experience working in back office/operations environment and familiarity in SGX clearing regulations rules and procedures is preferred.

The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking and derivatives.

Proficiency in English and interpersonal communication skills is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin is as must as you are required to work closely with stakeholders in our China office.

He/She must be analytical in nature, able to take initiative, possess strong problem-solving skills and have a positive "can-do" attitude.
