Job Description

• Manage commercial operations for both owned and third party fleet trading worldwide.
• Post fixture management - freight/hire payables and receivables, laytime calculations, vessel performance reviews
• Optimizing voyages and maximizing revenue
• Handle bunker procurement and management.
• Timely update voyage data on digital platform (IMOS) & generate routine reports on vessels' commercial performance.
• Coordinate with external parties (Agents/Charterers/Owners etc.) to expedite voyages efficiently.
• Review Port Disbursement Accounts (DAs).
• Basic understanding of insurance and claim handling
• Manage all other voyage relevant invoices effectively and timely.
• Provide general administrative support to the team leader as needed.

Requirements

• Minimally a Degree, preferably in Maritime/Business.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Executive (an advantage).
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Possess strong administrative, planning, and implementation skills.
• Demonstrate fluency in English with excellent writing skills to communicate with external parties (Agents/Charterers/Owners etc.).
