Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Office-based

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our daily warehouse and operations activities. This role is hands‑on and involves a mix of warehouse operations, customer service, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in the warehouse
  • Shifting and organising stock within the warehouse
  • Conducting stocktaking and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Handling customer service enquiries, including returns and exchange cases
  • Managing and processing return parcels
  • Folding and ironing clothes to ensure products meet presentation standards
  • Assisting in managing and supporting livestream sessions (e.g. setup, packing livestream orders)
  • Performing other ad‑hoc operational duties as required
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Able to perform physical tasks related to warehouse operations
  • Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
