Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the development and eventual day-to-day running of a new premium healthcare initiative.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute from project inception to operational implementation, making it ideal for candidates with both project management and healthcare operations experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management (Pre-launch):
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special healthcare-related projects from concept to completion
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including medical, facilities, procurement, and IT to ensure timely progress
  • Monitor project milestones, maintain documentation, and report updates to leadership
  • Conduct vendor coordination, site walkthroughs, and track project deliverables
  • Support hiring and onboarding of initial team members and coordinate training sessions
Centre Operations (Post-launch):
  • Manage day-to-day centre operations with a strong focus on delivering a seamless and premium patient experience
  • Oversee manpower planning, including staff scheduling, leave tracking, and roster planning
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure appropriate coverage and elevate when support is required
  • Facilitate team coordination, communication, and performance tracking
  • Conduct regular operations reviews and recommend improvements in workflow and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for maintenance, procurement, IT support, and other admin functions
  • Take ownership of the centre’s P&L, including cost control, budgeting, and resource utilisation
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business / Management Studies or any other discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry will be preferred but we will also consider candidates with no prior experience
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • 5.5 days work week
