Job summary

A maritime logistics company in Singapore is seeking a dependable operations coordinator. The successful candidate will plan and coordinate land and sea transportations, process customer orders, and work closely with ship owners and vendors. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates with a Class 3 driving license are preferred. Immediate availability is a plus. Experience in operations is not mandatory.

Job Roles & Responsiblities:

• Operations planning, coordinating of Land / Sea transportations.
• Processing customers orders accordingly.
• Working with ship owners, ship master, authority and vendors closely.
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate orders based on customer requirements.
• Able to communicate well with customers and vendors in verbally and written.
• Ad. Hoc duties as per assign by superior / management.

Job Requirements:

• Have strong sense of responsiblity for own works and good time management skills.
• Humble personality and good team player with positive attitiude.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in computer skills like Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Candidate with Class 3 Driving license will be an advantage.
• Preferred candidate who are able to start work immediately or short notice period.
