We are seeking a Operation Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

Port Call Planning/Execution

• Understand port call requirements and Principal/Ship master expectations.
• Efficiently execute port call turnaround while minimizing costs.
• Regularly update stakeholders on port call progress.
• Safeguard the best interests of our Principals.

Effective Communication

• Ensure concise and timely communication with authorized recipients and stakeholders.
• Provide routine pre-arrival, progress, and post-call follow-up updates.

Statutory Declarations of a Port Call

• Submit timely and truthful declarations to relevant government agencies.
• Coordinate with agencies such as ICA, MPA, Customs, NEA, and security/enforcement agencies.

On-Site Coordination

• Attend ships or sites as required for on-site coordination of services and deliveries.

Local Expert Advice

• Stay updated on port regulations, industry trends, ISS Policies, procedures, and market intelligence.
