About the Role

As an Operations Executive, you will support Ampotech’s logistics and project delivery. The scope involves tracking inventory, generating delivery notes and arranging deliveries to clients, collaborating with the finance and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. The Operations Executive will also coordinate with Ampotech’s regional offices to arrange shipments from suppliers to customers across Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a background in logistics or operations working with physical products in construction or electronics. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-growing team and will have opportunities to learn from senior management and colleagues in engineering and business development.

Responsibilities
Procurement
  • Source and compare quotations from vendors (as needed)
  • Prepare POs, follow up on approvals, and trackdeliveries
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure purchasingcomplies withcompany policies as well asplan aheadfor material purchases for on-going project (to work closely withProject team)
Inventory Management
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records and movementlogs
  • Supportphysicalstocktakeandreconcilewithsystem records
  • Liaise with engineers for goods delivery and returndocumentation
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare restockrecommendations
Operations Support
  • Be present in the office to receive deliveries and support project needs
  • Coordinate delivery schedules,logistics, anddocumentation
  • Support project costing and delivery trackingworksheets
  • Involved inmaintainingproject costingworksheet
  • Monitor M2M data usage and device status
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested
Qualifications/Requirements
