About the Team The Analysis Performance Team is responsible for operational data reporting and analysis, data infrastructure construction of Ops efficiency and quality metrics, target setting, SOP management and generating performance plans and scorecards for Global moderation teams and governing it across T&S Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and define operation management-related metrics, and build metric management schemes for global products. These metrics may include, for instance, data related to efficiency & quality performance of global moderation teams.
  • Provide data support for business reports, run analysis and address business issues; identify improvement areas and independently provide solutions/insights to global management teams.
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure (dataset and dashboard construction & maintenance), conduct data cleaning, troubleshooting and other data consulting work, manage data access, establish a single source of truth for global operation management.
  • Push platform tools\' iteration, usage and the configurations\' completeness and accuracy, to further achieve data visualization and data accuracy in cooperation with multi-functional departments.
  • Actively invocate resources, and the related projects may involve intensive collaboration across teams and cultures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics or related subjects is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in management, business process improvement, or analytical roles in content moderation or similar fields (e.g., call centers and adverts moderation in tech companies).
  • Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience in SQL/R/Python are preferred, along with proficiency in data infrastructure maintenance and management.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Aeolus, DataPower, etc.
  • Strong statistics and math skills, including but not limited to correlation/linear/logit regression, hypothesis testing (t-test, ANOVA), cluster analysis, LMDI, etc.
  • Preferred Qualifications - Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills in English, with international exposure and experience working in diverse environments.
  • Wide experience in independently analyzing data, identifying issues, coordinating resources and solving issues is preferred.
