Job summary

A leading mobility company in Singapore seeks an accident management professional to respond to reports, ensure compliance with protocols, and liaise with stakeholders. Candidates must possess a Class 3 or 3A driving license with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of vehicle accident procedures is a plus. Qualifications

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license of more than 2 years.
• Detailed oriented and meticulous.
• Knowledge of vehicle accident & insurance procedures will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Respond to any reported accident, identifying the cause, and initiating the investigation process
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, i.e. customer relationship managers, to ensure hirers are given the guidance throughout the accident process
• Manage and prepare the logging of all accidents reports and documentations to ensure smooth resolutions with counterparts
• Collaborate with the accident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed
• Work closely with external stakeholders including workshops, insurance companies and other counterparts
• Manage and monitor the movements of vehicles from vendors including dealers, workshops and hirers

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license of more than 2 years

• Must be able to work the hours that the job dand with good driving record will be an advantageemands
