A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the daily operations of clinics, manage P&L responsibilities, and drive strategic initiatives for growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years of healthcare operations experience, with strong leadership and financial acumen. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure operational and clinical excellence.
Oversee the daily operations of all clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor and standardize clinic workflows and operational practices across locations.
Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
Participate in and provide input for P&L planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Control and optimize manpower and consumable costs in line with budget targets.
Analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategic plans for the growth, development, and improvement of the business unit.
Identify opportunities for expansion (new services, locations, partnerships).
Lead the execution and evaluation of new projects and service innovations.
Lead, mentor, and manage clinic managers and frontline staff across all branches.
Ensure optimal staffing levels, training, and resource allocation.
Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
Ensure consistent delivery of high clinical standards and patient-centered service quality.
Monitor clinical KPIs and service quality metrics; implement improvements as needed.
Collaborate with clinical and quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Lead and support the rollout of new initiatives, services, or process changes.
Use data-driven approaches to evaluate project outcomes and impact.
Continuously refine and scale successful initiatives.
Clinic operational efficiency and cost ratios

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Minimum of 8–10 years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership role.
Experience with P&L management and strategic planning.
Knowledge of clinical operations, healthcare regulations, and service excellence.
