Job summary

A reputable recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist the Operations Team. This role involves providing essential support for daily activities, managing contracts, and coordinating between sales and operations. Candidates should have at least O-level education and 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industries. It offers a salary package ranging from $2500 to $3300 and a structured five-day workweek.

Qualifications

  • Minimum O-Level or ITE education in any discipline; engineering-related qualifications are an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or operations support experience, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Exposure to contract administration, sales support, or operations coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Team.
  • Support process improvements and compliance with procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and managing contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate contract flow from submission to execution.
  • Track contract status and highlight key deadlines.
  • Support Sales Admin Team with orders and documentation.
  • Assist in order processing and coordination.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
Job description

Salary Package: Basic from $2500 - $3300

Working Location: Tai Seng, East Region

Working Days & Hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm)

Your Role, Your Influence:
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Team for daily activities.

  • Support process improvements and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

  • Coordinate contract flow including submission, endorsement, approval, and execution.

  • Track contract status and renewal dates, highlighting key deadlines to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support Sales Admin Team with sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation.

  • Assist in order processing and coordination between sales, operations, and clients.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document control, and correspondence.

The Ingredients for Success:
  • Minimum O-Level or ITE education in any discipline; candidates with engineering-related qualifications will be an advantage.

  • 1–3 years of administrative or operations support experience, preferably within the engineering or construction industry

  • Exposure to contract administration, sales support, or operations coordination is an advantage.
