Job summary

A prominent HR advisory company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Admin Executive in the construction industry. The role involves assisting in daily operations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ISO standards. Candidates should have a Diploma or equivalent qualifications and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Relevant experience with ERP systems and in the construction industry will be an advantage. Operations Admin Executive (Construction Industry)

Working days & hour: 5 days, Mon- Thur (8am-5:30pm), Fri (8am-4:30pm)

Location: Gul Drive (west area). Transportation provided at Joo Koon MRT.

Salary: $2800 - $3300

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Operations and Assistant Head of Operations Administrations in all daily tasks and matters in the Operations Department.
  • Coordinate with Operations Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions, including processing customer purchase order, creating delivery orders and return forms, arranging equipment testing and maintenance, as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
  • Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.
  • Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting to Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors.
  • Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Accounts Department and generate monthly reports for Management.
  • Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
  • Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
  • Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Relevant experience with ERP system and in construction industry will be an advantage.
