Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in hotel operations with 3 years as a Department Head.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations Leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Guide hotel leadership on productivity programs and guest satisfaction strategies.
  • Support annual operating budget guidelines and performance reviews.
  • Represent Operations in cross-functional projects.
  • Develop frameworks for efficient hotel openings.
  • Assist with meeting coordination for the Asia Executive Team.
