Job description

We are a Logistics company with many function in the supply chain and our warehouse is looking for an Operations Supervisor with the following requirements ;

1. Assist your superior to ensure smooth operation in the warehouse
2. Plan and monitor day to day manpower schedule and assign duty to Senior Warehoue Assistant (WA) or WA to executive operation
3. Liaise with Transport Team or external haulier tor trucking daily schedule
4. Supervise a Team of Senior WA and WA
5. Supervise Housekeeping activities and Safety compliance
6. Perform tally and stock count of cargoes against quantities and descriptions given
7. Regularly perform physical inventory checks and physical inspections on all cargo
8. Compile inventory reports for review and analysis
9. Operate the forklift/VNA/other material handling equipment as and when necessary
10. Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations
11. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
