A reputable service management firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage daily operations across various sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff deployments, client communications, and financial reporting for operations projects. A Class 3 licence and proactive problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Class 3 licence.
- Ability to handle site issues independently and proactively.
- Experience in managing operations and staffing schedules.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations of assigned sites and liaise with clients.
- Arrange daily staff deployments to avoid liquidated damages.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for operations.

- 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
- 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
- 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
- 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
- 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
- 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
- 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
- 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
- 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
- 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
- 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need
