Position Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating supply chain activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role supports timely material availability, accurate inventory management, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The position reports directly to theManager, Lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services in accordance with procurement policies.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with production planning to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Resolve purchasing and receiving discrepancies with the finance team, including invoices, packing lists, and receiving reports.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, preparation of shipping documentation, and final packing.
• Work closely with freight forwarders and third‑party logistics providers to optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.
