Job summary

A service company in Singapore is looking for an individual to oversee daily operations in the hotel department. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and relevant experience of 2-3 years. You will liaise with directors and HR, resolve employee disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Flexibility for overtime and islandwide travel is also required.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years' of relevant experience.
  • Ablity to work in islandwide locations and to go to multiple locations daily.
  • Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and activities for the Hotel department.
  • Liaise with directors on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

  • To Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department
  • Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects
  • Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.
  • Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s
  • Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
  • Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Any other duties assigned by directors
Requirements
  1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
  2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
  3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience
