Job description

Job responsibilities :

• Manage stakeholders and teams to ensure completion of tasks and activities
• Oversee warehouse operations, including layout, storage, material handling, and relocations
• Implement process improvements and optimize use of resources
• Monitor and manage transportation and cargo operations efficiently
• Ensure safety, health, and WSH compliance, conducting risk assessments and corrective actions
• Manage key accounts, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support service delivery
• Develop warehouse security plans and manage handling of hazardous or sensitive materials
• Apply quality management principles to enhance operational standards
• Identify areas where technology can improve logistics processes
• Execute risk mitigation plans and address operational issues

Job requirement

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Supply Chain Software/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

  Proficiency in basic Microsoft (MS) Office/Power Platform Applications

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse Operations/Vendor Management
