Job description

1. How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
   • Trainee will be able to interact and develop PR with the different levels of the organization and stakeholders effectively.
2. Problem-solving skills
   • Trainee will learn to handle all operational issues and problems, internal and external, professionally.
3. Leading a team
   • Trainee will learn to lead an operations team to manage all operations
4. Creating/developing and implementing new systems.
   • Trainee will be able to assist in crafting new systems and implementing them.
5. To learn to communicate relevant information clearly and effectively in written and oral communication through proper documentation
   • Trainee will be able to draft presentation slides and requirement specifications with workflows and conduct user requirements gathering internally.
