About the role

Join our growing team at Capital Human Resource Management as an Operation Executive (Commodities Trading Industry). In this full‑time role based in Samsung Hub office building, you will play a key part in supporting our commodities trading operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. With your strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you will contribute to the smooth running of our trading activities.

What you'll be doing

1. Work closely with Traders to oversee all operational activities related to contracts and shipment coordination with suppliers, customers, and ship owners.
2. Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
3. Solid understanding of import and export procedures, including Letters of Credit, Laytime Calculation, Bulk Shipment, Documentary Credits, Bank Guarantees, and other trade finance instruments.
4. Coordinate daily shipment schedules, including monitoring loading and discharging progress and ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders.
5. Manage day‑to‑day communication with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, ship owners, and banks regarding documentation and operational matters.
6. Good understanding of bulk shipment operations and be proficient in laytime calculations.

1. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping operations, logistics, or supply chain functions.
3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
7. A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
