Job description

Be responsible for the post‑sales operation and maintenance support of private cloud products, including service inspection, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, and version update.

Manage customer issues effectively, continuously track stability risks and problems, ensure the stable operation of customer environments, and drive product improvement and optimization.

Identify critical and urgent customer incidents, coordinate backend resources in a timely manner to facilitate problem resolution, and minimize the impact on customer businesses.

Accumulate operation and maintenance experience continuously, develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhance the team’s technical and service level, and provide high‑quality operation and maintenance services to customers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related majors, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in cloud computing delivery or operation and maintenance. Proficiency in at least one mainstream cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Oracle), such as AWS EC2, ELB, Azure VM, VNet and other related services.

In‑depth understanding of Linux operating systems, containers, and network‑related concepts (K8S, TCP/IP, DNS, VPC), with strong troubleshooting capabilities.

Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Shell) to complete automation tasks.

Knowledge of operation and maintenance change management and data security‑related standards, with a strong sense of compliance and a prudent attitude towards production environments.

Strong problem‑solving skills, proactive work attitude, and excellent team collaboration capabilities.

Candidates with relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are preferred.
