Job Scope
  • Operation Admin

  • Manage administrative tasks, including organizing records and maintaining accurate data.

  • Prepare monthly invoices and service memos.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

  • Support the Operations Manager in planning and assigning delivery tasks to drivers.

  • Update driver job orders, calculate incentives, and maintain proper records of all deliveries.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Customer Service Coordinator
  • Provide customer support via phone and email.

  • Prepare and process shipping, import/export documents, and invoices according to SOPs.

  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.

  • Coordinate warehouse activities and collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.

  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement
  • Entry level is welcomed, full training provided.

  • Candidate with administrative/ order fulfilment/ operation admin related experience will have added advantage.
