Job summary

A local company in Singapore is looking for an Operations Admin Assistant to help with operations coordination, inventory management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a hands-on approach to operations. The position requires flexibility to work in the Macpherson area and occasional night shifts for research and development. Applicants should be local residents. This role operates Monday through Friday from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • Willing to work in Macpherson area.
  • Must be willing to hop on to night shift if needed for R&D works.
  • 5 day working days; 08:30am - 05:30pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Track operational performance metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Help implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence.
  • Compile and distribute operational reports and updates.
  • Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
  • Assist in researching new product ideas, materials, or trends.
  • Support management with additional reporting needs.

Operations Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Coordination
  • Track operational performance metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Help implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Compile and distribute operational reports andupdates, support management in preparing for meetings and audits.
Inventory Management
  • Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
  • Help maintain proper storage and labeling of inventory.
  • Support during stocktaking and audit processes.
Research and Development Support
  • Assist in researching new product ideas, materials, or trends.
  • Provide support in sourcing materials or samples, organize RCD notes and test results.
Administrative Support
  • Labelling and organizing all daily operation photos ensuring dates andtitles are in order.
  • Upload and back up files into designated folders (e.g., cloud orcompany drive).
  • Prepare photo folders for daily and monthly reports.
  • Assist in preparing daily store reports (e.g., sales, issues, inventory movement).
  • Collect and compile data needed from Operations for monthly reports.
  • Ensure report submissions are accurate and on time.
  • Support management with additional reporting needs.
