Job summary

A leading EHS consultation firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for facility operations support. The role involves managing inventory, conducting facility inspections, and coordinating safety compliance. Candidates should have a relevant technical diploma and at least 2 years of experience in facility operations or inventory management. Candidates with strong communication skills and attention to detail are preferred. This position is based onsite and requires close collaboration with the Bio-containment Engineer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical facility operations.
• Experience in inventory or store management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage and issuance of engineering materials.
• Support daily facility inspections and first-level fault diagnosis.
• Coordinate with WHS Officer on safety controls during maintenance.
• Assist in setup and testing of new equipment or infrastructure.
• Perform minor repairs and respond to facility fault reports.
