Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory review and updates for online sales channels.
• Assist in ensuring online channel contents remain relevant.
• Process online orders and oversee staff for timely shipments.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback on online channels.
• Assist colleagues in inventory replenishment based on sales.
• Prepare performance reports for the online channels.
